As an Extended DISC practitioner and consultant, my approach blends behavioural insights, personal profiling, team mapping and self leadership learnings to uncover the strengths, the stretch and the superpowers of your people and how this can feed into sustainability of roles, responsibilities and workplace relationships.
Workshops can be facilitated onsite, offsite or online and can range from single to consecutive trainings. My signature offer features ground based experiential learning alongside horses (no riding / no experience required)
