eDISC Personal Profiling
1:1 Unpack Sessions

When you start renovating a room, you might think you’ve chosen white.

Then you walk into the paint store and realise there are 120 different versions of it. Lexicon. Ivory. Quarter shade. Half shade. Warm, cool, grey-white.
Each one looks different depending on the light, the room, the environment.

People are no different.

There are over 160 different behavioural combinations.
Every single one of us has our own shade. A different blueprint for how we think, decide, relate, lead, handle stress and pressure, and recover from it..

Not one flat label.

And on top of that, we all have versions of ourselves that adapt to the environment - what we perceive we need to be in order to get things done.

eDISC is the tool that helps you see your specific shade

Understand how yours plays out in real life, and recognise whether the way you’re adapting is aligned… or just automatic.

When you understand your own blueprint, you stop running on default.

You start making decisions on purpose.

You already know yourself.
But do you understand yourself?

There's a difference. And that difference changes everything. From the way you show up, what lights you up, how you make decisions, the way you respond to lifes’ changes, stress and pressure. better understanding patterns behind how you lead, communicate and relate to the people around you.

"I already know my personality profile."

I hear this a lot. I get it, you've done a quiz, you've been told you're a certain “style” and you've filed it away for future conversations and moved on.

But here's what most personality assessments can miss:

Extended DISC shows two reports. One reflects your natural wiring, your behavioural energy without effort. The other shows how you’ve adapted to meet the roles, expectations, and demands around you.

There’s nothing wrong with that adaptation. It’s often what makes you capable and effective.

But if you’ve been adapting for a long time, it can become so normal you don’t question it anymore.

You might be operating from something that isn’t even close to your home base.

That's a completely different conversation.

"eDISC doesn't box you in. It’s a map to help you understand your homebase so you can build emotional flexibility and adaptive capacity”

Here's what I see happen, again and again.

It looks different for everyone, but the feeling underneath is the same.

For some people, it shows up as drive that's stopped feeling like momentum. The results are still there. The cost to achieve them has changed.

For others, it's years of being in service to everything else and quietly wondering why it became so hard to advocate for themselves.

For some, it’s doing everything right. The research. The due diligence. And somehow still feeling like something important keeps getting missed.

Different entry points. Same pattern.
A default way of operating that once worked, but no longer works the same. And a growing gap between who you naturally are, and the energy it now takes to get the outcome.

Like a phone drops into low battery mode. Background activity shuts down. It shifts into protection just to get through.

The problem isn’t that patterns exist. The problem is when we don’t see them. When we don’t understand why we keep responding the same way, even when it’s starting to cost us.

This is what eDISC brings into view.

Because behaviour is never just behaviour. Behaviour is data.

What happens in a 1:1 Unpack?

Once you book, you’ll complete the eDISC online assessment. It takes around 10–15 minutes.
From there, we meet online for a focused 90-minute session where we go through your full 20 page report together. Not just a summary, the whole picture.

In your session, we unpack:

Your natural style — how you’re wired underneath the roles, expectations, and performance.

Your current adapted style — how you’ve learned to show up when the environment demands it, and the impact of that over time.

Your decision-making tendencies — how you process, what you need, and what drives you to take action (or hesitate).

Your thinking patterns — what you naturally gravitate toward, where friction shows up, and why.

Your signals of stress and pressure — what your “low battery mode” actually looks like, and the default behaviours it drives..

Building a clear picture of your own blueprint, not just another report to file away, but a deeper understanding of yourself in a way you can actually use.

This is for you if...

You’d say you know yourself… until you see how you show up under pressure.

You're leading people (a team, a business, a household) and some of those relationships feel harder than they should.

You keep having the same conversations, the same reactions… and wondering why it keeps playing out like that

You’ve done the profiles. Self Identified And still didn’t walk away with anything that actually helped.

You’re not looking for more information. You want something real you can use in everyday life, with yourself and with others.

For teams and workplaces.

eDISC isn't just a personal development tool. It's one of the most practical instruments available for understanding how people are wired, work together and why they sometimes don't.

When a team understands each other's wiring, it plays a positive impact on culture. People stop taking things personally that were never personal to begin with.

If you're a leader wanting to bring this to your team, or an organisation looking to build a stronger culture let's talk.

The 1:1 Unpack is often the starting point, and builds naturally into team sessions and culture work.
