A couple of times a year, I open the arena doors and invite a small group of women from across Tasmania to join me for a pilot version of my newest experiential workshop.

This is a full-day experience (9:30am – 4:00pm) designed for women who carry a high level of responsibility, whether you're leading others, shaping culture or community, managing people, or holding space in industries where you’re often one of the few.

Women’s Private Pilot Workshop & Networking

My personal invitation to you..

What to Expect

  • Explore

    See yourself more clearly
You’ll start by exploring your own patterns through behavioural insights, personal profiling, and self-leadership tools. You’ll also get a taste of ground-based work with horses (no riding, no experience needed). This stage is about noticing your habits, strengths, and blind spots with fresh perspective.

  • Experience

    Learning through doing
In the arena, you’ll step into team activities with the horses that reveal how you respond under pressure and uncertainty. You’ll see in real time the strategies you lean on, the habits that deplete you, and the drivers that keep you moving. This is where the theory meets practice.

  • Integrate

Lead in a way that feels yours
You’ll leave with grounded confidence, clear direction, and a leadership approach that feels authentic to you. It’s about practical clarity and useful tools you can carry into both life and work, so you can lead in a way that’s effective and sustainable.

Who It’s For.

If you’re juggling responsibilities. The one people turn to. The one others lean on. You don’t need a title to qualify.

This day is your chance to hang up the many hats and step out of the roles responsibilities and expectations. To be in the company of other women who truly get it. To have space to reflect, have honest conversations, and experience meaningful connection without the everyday obligations.

If that feels like you, this space was made for you.

This is your personal invitation to a day that’s professional yet practical and as grassroots human as it gets. A day where you’ll get a little dirty, dusty, maybe even hairy… and learn a whole lot about yourself along the way.

💰 Pilot Price: $367 (normally $797)
🥗 Includes morning tea, lunch, all materials
📍 900 Myalla Road, Milabena, NW Tasmania
✅ Claimable as professional development

And because these days are about more than just the workshop, you’ll also have the option to continue afterwards - coffee by the sea at Sisters Beach, and for those who’d like to keep connecting, there’s dinner at Appleby’s Bass Highway, Boat Harbour. These relaxed extensions have quickly become a highlight, with conversations and connections that carry well beyond the day itself.
